Jentech is an authorized distributor of Di-Corp Core Retrieval Tools. Di-Corp core retrieval tools are designed to ensure maximum productivity and core retrieval in any ground condition. The tools are comprised of Wire Line Core Retrieval tools and the associated Coring Accessories. The Di-Corp Core Retrieval Systems have been designed to be compatible with the industry leader’s coring systems while offering enhanced functionality.

Core Barrel Assemblies & Options Di-Corp’s Surface Core Barrel offering includes standard sizes from B to P and the Pump-In Core Barrel includes B to H.  All Core Barrel Assemblies are supplied complete with the EdgeLatch Head Assembly and Conventional Locking Couplings.Options include Full Hole Locking Couplings, Softer Shut-Off Valves, Solid Spacers, Inner Tube Extensions / Couplings, Chrome Plated Inner Tubes / Outer Tubes and Core Lifters. Core Barrel Conversions Di-Corp offers several Core Barrel Conversion assemblies. One allows for a seamless transition from the industry-leading core barrel assembly to the enhanced EdgeLatch Core Barrel by replacing only a handful of simple components. Another comes fully assembled and replaces all components above the spindle. Finally, a conversion assembly is available that allows the driller to change systems within the same hole size range (i.e. – N & N2), minimizing the requirement to purchase an entire Core Barrel Assembly. Core Barrel Head Assemblies & Options The EdgeLatch Head Assembly is a robust, reliable tool that is supplied complete with landing indication and is fully compatible with the industry leader. The Edge-Latch latching system provides an enhanced mechanism for retracting the latches, which lessens the chances of sticking a tube. Head Assembly Options include alternate Landing Indicator Bushings, Soft Shut-Off Valves, Solid Spindle Spacers as well as the Fluid Retention Kit and components. We have incorporated a number of product improvements to ensure you remain productive, including EdgeLatch for improves locking and unlocking, shielded bearing, latch locking for up-hole drilling, and inner tube cap thread protector. Core Barrel Spares Surface Core Barrel Spares include all of the most commonly consumed Core Barrel wear components. These kits contain Spring Pins, Bearings, Springs, Lock-Nuts, Bushings and Fittings as well as several manufactured components such as Spearhead Points, Latches, Shut-Off Valves, Core Lifter components, Landing Shoulders / Rings and Inner Tube Stabilizers. Extended Core Barrel Options Di-Corp has a solution for extending your standard Core Barrel. Whether you’re coupling two standard Core Barrels together or simply extending an Inner Tube Assembly to match a stabilized Reaming Shell, Di-Corp has what you require to get the job done. In consolidated ground conditions, a core barrel assembly can be extended in order to double or even triple a core run – from 5 ft to 15 ft, or 10 ft to 20 ft lengths. Overshot Assemblies The Edge-Lock Overshot is a simple, self-locking, compatible solution to retrieving the Inner Tube Assembly efficiently and reliably. When drilling down holes, the unique Edge-Lock mechanism housed within the Overshot Head ensures that the lifting dogs are physically unable to release the spearhead portion of the Head Assembly while retrieving the Inner Tube Assembly. Additionally, the Edge-Lock Overshot does not require any driller intervention when the Inner Tube Assembly is removed from the drill string until it is lowered to a safe position. Overshot Assemblies – Rolling The Rolling EdgeLock Overshot is a modified version of the standard EdgeLock Overshot. Casing Advancers The Di-Corp Casing Advancer consists of an Inner Assembly (includes a loading funnel) and a Driver Coupling. Di-CorpCasing Advancer Assemblies will ensure that casing through overburden is as efficient as possible providing a quick and fail safe retrieval of the Inner Assembly once bedrock is reached.Casing Advancers can be used multiple times, and if the casing must remain in the ground following a completed drill hole, replacement drivers are available, allowing the balance of the assembly to be used repeatedly.
